In the Sacred Valley of Epidaurus, Greece

This week-long journey in Greece is lovingly hosted by Ray and Nina, who welcome you into a relaxed, heart-centered immersion in the sacred lands of Epidaurus. From the moment you arrive, you are held in a warm, grounded container that blends Tai Chi, gentle movement, and mindful walks through ancient olive groves and along the Aegean Sea.

Balancing depth with ease, the experience weaves healing temple visits, cultural exploration, wine tasting, and shared meals into a joyful and unhurried rhythm—offering a fun, soulful, and deeply restorative week in one of Greece’s timeless blue-zone regions.

1. Sacred Land & Healing Rhythm

This journey to Greece unfolds in the sacred landscape of the ancient healing temples of Epidaurus, where the land itself invites restoration and balance. Gentle Tai Chi practices each morning help loosen the body, calm the nervous system, and establish a grounded rhythm for the day. Long, unhurried walks through ancient olive groves, once tended by generations of healers and farmers, allow participants to attune to the natural pace of this blue-zone region, where time slows and wellbeing is woven into daily life.

2. Culture, Learning & Ancient Wisdom

Immersion in Greek culture unfolds through visits to sacred sites connected to Asclepius, ancient temples, and historic ports along the Aegean Sea, where pilgrims once arrived seeking healing and renewal. Learning arises organically—through stories, landscapes, and shared reflection—bridging ancient wisdom with modern understanding. Walks by the sea, moments of contemplation, and exchanges within the group create space for insight, connection, and embodied understanding.

3. Pleasure, Celebration & Modern Greece

Balance is completed through joyful, sensory experiences that celebrate modern Greek life. Wine tasting in Nemea connects us to ancient viticulture traditions still alive today, while time in the seaside town of Nafplio offers beauty, leisure, and vibrant culinary culture. Cafés, cobblestone streets, shared meals, and laughter create a relaxed and festive atmosphere—making this week not only deep and meaningful, but also light, fun, and richly nourishing for body, heart, and spirit.
