A six-class yoga journey where we move, breathe, and awaken the body through the quiet power of the jaguar. In these 30-minute morning practices, I’ll guide you to explore yoga as fluid, instinctive movement—strong yet soft, grounded yet alert—drawing inspiration from nature and the wisdom of the Chinese medicine meridians to restore balance, vitality, and inner clarity.

Jaguar Flow is a  yoga journey inspired by the movement, presence, and medicine of the jaguar—one of nature’s most powerful teachers of strength, stealth, and embodied awareness.

The jaguar does not rush. It moves with precision, fluidity, and deep connection to the earth. In this series, we explore yoga postures as living movements rather than fixed shapes, allowing the body to flow with the same grounded grace and quiet power found in the jaguar’s stride, stretch, and leap.

Each 30-minute class blends mindful vinyasa, slow transitions, and animal-inspired movement to awaken instinct, balance, and inner confidence. As we move, we learn directly from nature—how to stay low and rooted, when to soften, and when to step forward with clarity and intention.

Alongside the physical practice, Jaguar Flow is guided by the wisdom of Chinese Medicine meridians. Specific sequences gently stimulate key energy pathways—supporting the liver and gallbladder for smooth, decisive movement; the kidneys for grounded strength and courage; and the heart and lungs for presence, breath, and vitality. Through spirals, lateral stretches, deep lunges, and fluid spinal waves, we invite qi to move freely through the body, restoring balance and resilience.

Jaguar Flow is both invigorating and centering—designed to sharpen awareness, build functional strength, and reconnect you with your natural, instinctive way of moving.

No matter your experience level, you are invited to step onto the mat, move like the jaguar, and remember what the body already knows.
