These practices are strong yet soft, grounded yet alert—inviting the body to unwind deeply held tension and rediscover ease, intelligence, and freedom of movement.


Jaguar Yoga: Myofascial Release Series

6 Classes · 30 Minutes Each

Rooted in animal awareness and somatic listening, each class targets a specific fascial region while honoring the body’s natural rhythms. Rather than forcing shapes, we follow sensation, breath, and inner timing—allowing release to happen organically.

This series is ideal for practitioners seeking:

  • Relief from chronic tension or stiffness

  • Greater body awareness and fluid strength

  • A deeper, more intuitive relationship with movement

    🌿 12 Facial Movement Qualities

    1. Softening – melting tension, letting the face rest

    2. Awakening – gentle alertness, subtle lift and presence

    3. Expansion – widening, opening, spreading sensation

    4. Contraction – drawing inward, gathering, focusing

    5. Lifting – upward energy, buoyancy, lightness

    6. Dropping – releasing downward, gravity-friendly

    7. Flowing – smooth, continuous movement across the face

    8. Pulsing – rhythmic micro-movements, vitality

    9. Grounding – weight, stability, rooted expression

    10. Radiating – expression moving outward from the center

    11. Containment – holding energy softly within boundaries

Class 1 — Ground & Unwind

Releasing the Lower Body

This class focuses on grounding and safety as we gently release tension held in the feet, legs, and hips. Slow, wave-like movements encourage the fascia of the lower body to soften, allowing energy and weight to move more efficiently through the legs.

Gentle lunges and intuitive rocking that invite stability without rigidity—helping you feel more supported, rooted, and at ease in your body.

Key areas: Feet, calves, hamstrings, hips
Feeling tone: Grounded, steady, supported


Class 2 — The Soft Belly

Releasing the Core & Psoas

The psoas and deep core often hold stress, fear, and protective tension. In this class, we explore gentle, responsive movements that invite the belly to soften and the breath to deepen.

Through slow lunges, subtle spirals, and mindful transitions, the nervous system begins to settle—allowing strength to emerge from relaxation rather than effort.

Key areas: Psoas, diaphragm, deep core
Feeling tone: Safe, open, nourished


Class 3 — Jaguar Spine

Releasing the Back Body

This practice is devoted to freeing the spine and back body through fluid, feline-inspired movement. Gentle undulations, spirals, and waves help release tension along the spinal fascia and lower back.

As the spine becomes more mobile, the whole body begins to move with greater coordination, resilience, and ease—like a jaguar flowing through space.

Key areas: Spine, lower back, sacrum

Class 4 — Shoulders & Heart

Releasing the Upper Body

The shoulders and chest often carry the weight of responsibility, emotional holding, and stress. This class invites you to soften that armor through mindful shoulder work, chest opening, and breath-led release.

Movements are slow and intelligent, encouraging the upper body to release without force—creating more space for breath, expression, and presence.

Class 5 — Wild Hips

Releasing Stored Emotion

The hips are a powerful center of memory and emotion. In this class, we explore instinctive, grounding movements that allow the pelvis and hips to release what they’ve been holding—physically and emotionally.

Expect deep hip openers, intuitive pulses, and moments of free movement that encourage honesty, expression, and embodied release.

Class 6 — Jaguar Integration

Whole-Body Release & Flow

The final class weaves everything together into a full-body, instinctive flow. Rather than focusing on one area, we explore the continuity of fascia throughout the entire body—moving as one intelligent system.

This class invites you to trust your inner guidance, allowing movement to arise naturally. The result is a sense of integration, ease, and embodied presence.
