Embodied Alchemy Teacher Training is an immersive online movement medicine training for those who feel called to go deeper—into their bodies, their presence, and their capacity to hold and transmit grounded, regulated energy in daily life and in service to others.

This training weaves together the methods I have developed through hundreds of hours of teaching, lived practice, and direct interaction with students, drawing from:

  • Tai Chi & Qigong

  • Meditation & embodied awareness practices

  • Kung Fu foundations

  • Aerobic self-defense sequences

  • Dynamic tension practices for internal strength

  • Nervous system regulation & emotional integration

  • Endocrine balance for emotional harmony and vitality

We work with the body as a living system—supporting emotional regulation, attention and focus, vestibular and proprioceptive awareness, and the capacity to feel at home in your own skin.

Embodied Alchemy Training Structure

Each Sunday session will focus on embodied integration, dynamic flow, and internal strengthening:

  1. Morning Warmup: Qigong and Tai Chi for energy flow, centering, and nervous system regulation

  2. Dynamic Practice: Kung Fu–inspired movements and dynamic tension sequences for internal strength and tendon/fascia health

  3. Aerobic Self-Defense: Strikes, blocks, and kicks designed for emotional release, empowerment, and physical resilience

  4. Integration & Reflection: Meditation, breathing, and discussion to process the experience, reset the nervous system, and deepen presence

Participants will leave each session with a clear understanding of movement as medicine, practical exercises to integrate into daily life, and the ability to return to the practices on their own.
