I have been advised and encouraged to purchase traveler’s insurance to cover any unexpected expenses, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
As a Jaguar Path (JP) participant, I have informed the JP staff of any medical needs. I give the staff permission to administer basic first aid and prescription medicines as needed and directed. While participating in any JP activity, such as sailing the Greek islands, exploring the ancient Greek sites by land, and traveling by boat, bus, and foot, I take full responsibility for any physical injuries. I relinquish the rights to sue the JAGUAR PATH LLC, its staff, and any associated people. I will not hold The JAGUAR PATH LLC, its staff, and any associated people liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur during these programs/events or during the transportation to and from events and locations.

I give the Jaguar Path LLC Staff permission to take pictures, videos, and other forms of likeness for use in media, marketing, and other forms of dissemination.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health professional before starting or changing any exercise program or making a lifestyle change. This is particularly important if you are overweight, pregnant, nursing, regularly taking medications, or have any existing medical conditions. Do not delay seeking a diagnosis or any medical advice or treatments based on information contained on this site or in any of the material available hereon. The creators, owners, and distributors of this site, leaders of the sailing trip and journey by land to Greece, and the material available hereon are not responsible for any injuries you may experience as a result of your use of this site and the material contained hereon.
