Awaken your body and spirit with Elemental Flow, a powerful six-part yoga series designed to attune you to the wisdom of the Five Elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether. In just 30 minutes each session, you’ll move through fluid sequences that ground, energize, balance, and uplift.

Each class is a dedicated journey into the qualities of an element, with the final session weaving them all into one integrated, harmonious flow. This is your invitation to align with nature’s rhythms, tap into inner clarity, and return to your essential self.

What to Expect:

  • Grounding Earth flows to build stability and trust

  • Fluid Water sequences to enhance flexibility and emotional release

  • Dynamic Fire movements to ignite strength and willpower

  • Expansive Air-inspired flows to open the heart and lungs

  • Stillness and subtle Ether practices for inner spaciousness and connection

Jaguar Yoga and  the Five Elements

Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether (Space)—are more than symbolic forces; they are living energies within and around us. Each element corresponds to specific sensations, movements, and qualities we can embody through the practice. Here's how each element is experienced through the Jaguar Yoga flow:


Earth – Stability & Grounding

Elemental Quality: Foundation, structure, support
How It Feels: Steady, rooted, secure
In Jaguar Yoga:

  • Slow, strong standing postures (e.g., Warrior II, Goddess Pose)

  • Focus on the legs and feet, connecting deeply to the ground

  • Breath awareness in the lower belly (hara)

  • Invoking the serpent, symbol of grounded presence and wisdom of the body


Water – Flow & Emotion

Elemental Quality: Fluidity, adaptability, intuition
How It Feels: Soft, flowing, receptive
In Jaguar Yoga:

  • Gentle hip openers and spiraling, wave-like motions

  • Movements linked with breath in a seamless flow

  • Emphasis on the sacral chakra and emotional awareness

  • Honoring the hummingbird, symbol of joy, fluid movement, and heart-centered living


Fire – Power & Transformation

Elemental Quality: Energy, passion, drive
How It Feels: Warm, energizing, activating
In Jaguar Yoga:

  • Core-strengthening postures, dynamic flows, and breath of fire

  • Twists and poses that generate internal heat

  • Activation of solar plexus and willpower

  • Calling upon the jaguar, archetype of courage, transformation, and fierce compassion


Air – Expansion & Breath

Elemental Quality: Freedom, lightness, movement
How It Feels: Spacious, clear, uplifting
In Jaguar Yoga:

  • Chest- and heart-opening poses (e.g., Camel, Cobra)

  • Breath-focused practices (pranayama)

  • Emphasis on uplifting transitions and creating lightness in the body

  • Aligning with the condor, messenger of the heavens and high perspective


Ether – Space & Spirit

Elemental Quality: Stillness, vastness, connection to spirit
How It Feels: Quiet, open, expansive
In Jaguar Yoga:

  • Meditative moments, long holds, and conscious rest

  • Savasana, sound healing, guided visualization, and dream-like awareness

  • Presence in the third eye and crown chakras

  • Accessing soul consciousness, beyond form, where all elements unite


Each Jaguar Yoga session is crafted to activate these elemental energies through movement, breath, awareness, and symbolism. The integration of the four power animals (serpent, jaguar, hummingbird, condor) deepens the connection to each element, making the practice not only physical but shamanic and transformative.
