As the seasons turn and we move deeper into autumn, it’s the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the roots of our practice. Join me for a special 2-hour yoga workshop on Saturday, October 25th, where we’ll explore The Long-Term Gifts of Yoga. Together, we’ll move through grounding flows, breathwork, and meditation designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and awaken the inner stillness that guides us through life’s changes. This is an opportunity to deepen your relationship with yoga—not just as a practice, but as a way of living and being.
