Through a lovingly curated curriculum taught for more than 18 years, shaped by Ray, Nina, Don Francisco, as well as student input, this journey takes you through: Andean shamanic practices,  Ayurvedic medicine, modern psychology, yoga, tai chi, meditation, the I-Ching, and more. A unique blend of practices which will sharpen your intuition, magnify your focus, and allow you to be fully your authentic self!
