What You Receive in This Membership

50-Minute Weekly Live Jaguar Yoga Classes
Join Ray live on Zoom every Saturday from 8:00–8:50 a.m. Eastern Standard Time for a 50-minute Jaguar Yoga practice designed to cultivate presence, vitality, strength, and inner alignment.

10-Minute Q&A and Connection
Each Saturday class is followed by a 10-minute Q&A, reflection, and connection from 8:50–9:00 a.m. EST, offering time to integrate the practice, ask questions, and connect with the community.

Monthly Dharma Talks
Every 3rd Saturday of each month, immediately following Saturday class, Ray will offer a Monthly Dharma Talk from 9:00–10:00 a.m. EST. These teachings will explore the deeper wisdom of the Yoga Sutras and the philosophy of yoga, and how these timeless teachings can be woven into daily life to improve quality of life. There will be space for open discussion and sharing.

You’ll receive access to a private membership site where all class recordings will be available, along with additional supportive materials to deepen and sustain your practice.

Replay Access

Over the past 20 years, I have practiced with you and shared deep yoga from my heart. Yoga is the space to reset your body!

Through weekly practice and shared presence, we begin to understand how to calm the nervous system, how to listen inwardly, and how to meet life with clarity rather than reaction.

I’ve come to recognize that the true gifts of yoga live far beyond the movements on the mat. There is a quiet unfolding that happens—through breath, through awareness, through the subtle dialogue between body and mind. The teachings, both physical and philosophical, begin to reveal themselves not as techniques, but as gateways. Gateways into something deeper… into the experience of the soul itself.

Yoga gently reminds us that we are not merely a body, nor simply a mind, but a soul moving through both. And for that soul to fully experience life—with richness, clarity, and joy—the body and mind must come into harmony, into a conversation that is fluid, peaceful, and alive with love. It is within this union that something sacred begins to awaken.
