In SoulMirror, participants sit before a life-size video reflection that subtly reverses their image, inviting a shift from automatic self-perception to conscious witnessing. This gentle dissonance opens a door to deeper awareness — of body, emotion, and essence. As you gaze into your own eyes, you begin to sense the layers of self that coexist within you: the protective, the longing, the luminous. Through guided inquiry and presence-based reflection, the mirror becomes not a surface but a meeting place — where the physical, emotional, and transpersonal dimensions of being come into conversation.

SoulMirror draws upon Barbara Vacarr’s decades of work in psychology, spiritual practice, and embodied leadership. It is both a method and a meditation — an invitation to return home to yourself, to see not what you look like, but who you truly are.
