They are experts in hospitality and there experience assures that everything you need will be there for you.

Ray has lived most if his life in Greece and Greek is his first language. Ray and Nina now live in Epidavros, Greece, by the temple of Hippocrates. Living here over the past 2 years they have made dear friendships and established close connections with transportation companies, hotels, restaurants, archeological sites a more. Ray and Nina can coordinate a perfect retreat for you!

Retreat Hosting Package & Pricing

We offer a turnkey experience for retreat leaders. That means we handle all logistics, accommodations, and on-the-ground coordination so you can focus on teaching and holding space.

What’s included:

Airport or Athens pickup coordination
6 nights / 7 days at Luxury Resort on the beach
Breakfast and lunch
Daily housekeeping & linen service
Use of outdoor yoga/movement space + sound system
Visit to the town of Nafplio twice
One full-day sacred site excursion (Epidavros, Nafplio)
On-site retreat concierge to support your group

Pricing starts at:
$2,900 per participant for a double occupancy accommodation (You receive $900)
$3,600 per participant for single accommodation (You receive $1,100)
$4,100 per participant for a single lux Suite.(You receive $1,400)

We can run your payments and registrations
If you would like to we can also take care of registrations, payment etc (Administrative fees $150pp)

Downpayment:
We ask of a security downpayment of $8,000 in order for us to make down payments for booking the hotel, transportation and have everything in order for you.

You receive your security deposit upon the first day of your retreat.
If we are running registrations you get paid automatically when people register.

Free accommodation for the presenter with 12 or more participants
Pick up / drop off from the International airport in Athens
Optional retreat co-facilitation or teaching support with Ray or Nina (Additional fee applies)
Discounted add-ons: herbal workshops, shamanic journey, breath work, tai chi (Additional fee applies)
We can build a landing page for your retreat ($300)
We can process all registrations and have your payment in your bank account ($120/person)
We can offer you 5 FB and 5 IG images to advertise your retreat on social media ($250)

Nafplio

One of the most beautiful towns in the area of Argolis (in eastern Peloponnese) as well as one of the most romantic cities all over Greece, Nafplio was the first capital of the newly born Greek state between 1823 and 1834.

According to mythology, the town was founded by Nafplios, the son of god Poseidon and the daughter of Danaus (Danaida) Anymone. The town’s history traces back to the prehistoric era when soldiers from here participated in the Argonautic expedition and the Trojan War alike. The town declined during the Roman times and flourished again during the Byzantine times. Frankish, Venetian and Turkish conquerors left their mark in the town and strongly influenced its culture, architecture and traditions during the centuries.

Ancient walls, medieval castles, monuments and statues, Ottoman fountains and Venetian or neoclassical buildings mesmerise the visitor with their unique architecture and beauty.

Epidavros

A powerful site of healing where Hippocrates established his first "hospital" and "retreat center" tending to the patient's holistically: mind, body, and spirit. The stadium was designed for physical practices, the theatre for arts to help heal the mind, and temple of meditation for the soul.
