Hello Jaguars!

I am so excited to share with you each month some seasonal wisdom through the lens of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). I hope that this knowledge and accompanying monthly practice will be supportive for you. 

The natural rhythm of the seasons sync sweetly with the internal systems of the body.  According to Traditional Chinese Medicine there are five seasons. This yearly pulse of energy corresponds to the network of the five elements. As we live in this environment our inner cosmos is affected and regulated by these elements. These energy phases are mirrored by our human system, the cosmos within. This is what we are referring to when we say, “as above, so below.”
