This six-part Kung Fu Yoga series is designed to re-pattern the body’s motor system, restore intelligent movement, and awaken deep neuromuscular awareness.
Rather than stretching for flexibility alone, these sessions focus on coordination, joint integrity, fascial elasticity, breath control, and nervous system regulation. Each 30-minute class builds progressively, helping the body move as an integrated, powerful whole.
This is not about intensity.
It is about precision, awareness, and re-education.
