Jaguar Yoga: Fascia & Flow — A Myofascial Release Journey

Directly after class, join my husband, Ray Crist 8:30-9:00

Six 30-minute morning classes designed to awaken the body, restore flow, and set the tone for your day.

This six-class yoga series offers a focused and intentional exploration of myofascial release through the lens of Jaguar Yoga. Rooted in instinctive, fluid movement, these practices are strong yet soft, grounded yet alert—inviting the body to unwind tension and move with greater ease and intelligence.

Drawing from the wisdom of Chinese medicine and the meridian system, each class supports the release of the fascial web while encouraging balanced energy, vitality, and clarity. Through breath, mindful pacing, and precise movement, we cultivate resilience, suppleness, and a deeper connection to the body’s natural rhythms.

These short morning practices are designed to be accessible, effective, and deeply nourishing—meeting you where you are and supporting sustainable, embodied transformation.
