Starting Tuesday, April 29th, experience powerful sessions every Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 AM EST, right after Nina’s 8 Treasures Tai Chi class. This unique practice blends ancient wisdom with movement, breath, and deep relaxation to help you connect with your body and spirit.
What to Expect:
✔ Awaken the Four Power Animals – Serpent, Jaguar, Hummingbird, and Condor
✔ Dao In Joint-Opening Exercises – Enhance mobility and energy flow
✔ Meridian Tapping & Lymphatic Activation – Boost circulation and vitality
✔ Sun Salutation Flow – Energize and strengthen your body
✔ Deep Savasana – Integrate and embody the practice
