Starting Tuesday, February 25th, experience six live sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM EST, where you'll flow through the 8 Treasures form. These sessions, conducted via Zoom, offer a unique opportunity to practice Tai Chi from the comfort of your home while connecting with a community of like-minded individuals.

With a one-time fee of $88, gain lifetime access to all class recordings through our exclusive membership site, allowing you to revisit and refine your practice at your own pace.

Treasure 7: Tightening the Tendons to Reinforce Yourself
Treasure 8: Grabbing the Ankles to Strengthen Your Vital Force
