Join Nina Crist one hour a week for a live video series beginning Thursday, April 2nd 7:30-8:30pm EST, participants will receive a private Zoom video link upon registration to access the class. 

 

Explore the ancient movements of Tai Chi and benefit from the practices as you learn:

  • The basic principles of tai chi

  • To stabilize and balance the systems of your body

  • Unblock stagnation to free up energy for health, vitality and creativity

  • A new approach to meditation through continuous movement connected with breath

 

This series will offer you the needed skills and experience to incorporate Tai Chi into your personal practice. The art of tai chi offers access to a deep inner calm along with tapping into a well spring of energy for increased vitality and a bolstered immune system!

One hour Q&A Zoom Session for all participants after the 3rd session
