Athens
Behold, Athens, the enchanting heart of Greece, a city-state steeped in history and protected by the Divine Goddess Athena. Daughter of Zeus, she is revered as the deity of wisdom and war by the ancient civilizations of 500 BCE. Acropolis
In the heart of Athens, the Parthenon reigns supreme, a temple dedicated to the divine Goddess Athena. Sitting 450 feet above the city, it serves as a symbol of wisdom and power, evoking a sense of awe and wonder in all who behold its majesty.
No matter how long you visit the Acropolis, you'll find yourself filled with an indescribable energy. Whether you believe in cosmic energy spots or simply bask in the thrill of standing where so many significant human events took place, the experience is truly unforgettable.

Temple of Poseidon
Experience one of Greece's top four energy vortexes - the Temple of Poseidon. This site offers an otherworldly energetic field for you to experience firsthand. Perched on jutting cliffs overlooking the azure Aegean sea, the Temple is perfectly positioned to pay homage to the powerful god of the sea. Come, as we witness the magical sunsets that illuminate the sky, while enveloped in a truly mystical ambiance together.
Oracle of Delphi
Delphi was once considered by the ancient Greeks to be the center of the world and home to one of the most influential women of that era. Today, it remains one of the most expansive archaeological sites. Historically, kings and generals would come to the Oracle of Delphi seeking answers to big questions about the fate of their city and people, their health, and the future.
When you arrive your senses will discover the scent of oregano and thyme carried by the summer breeze, the energy pulsating from the mountains and oracle herself. Together creating an otherworldly atmosphere.
Delphi is situated on the slopes of Mount Parnassus, and as you drive into the village, its said, you can feel the electrifying energy of this magical place. Here we will connect with our own unique intuition.
Epidavros
Epidavros, also referred to as the Sacred Center of Healing, is a site with immense healing properties. It was here that Hippocrates created his first "hospital" and "retreat center," providing holistic care for patients' minds, bodies, and spirits. Physical practices were held in the stadium, while the theatre was designed for artistic performances that aided in mental healing. Additionally, the temple of meditation offered spiritual healing for all who sought it. It is here where we too will partake in our own healing journey.

Sarah will greet you at the International airport of Athens, Greece (ATH)
where a shuttle will pick you up and transport you to our hotel!
7:00pm Welcome Dinner and Orientation
June 9, 2024
8:00am Morning Yoga on the lawn.
Today is all about grounding. Spend the day relaxing by the pool or by the beach. Choose to spend your time exploring the local culture.
7:00 pm Group expedition to the Temple of Poseidon for a spectacular sunset!
June 10, 2024
8:00 am Departure for the Oracle of Delphi! Prepare for a breathtaking
site of an extensive archeological site. Discover this beautiful area as you explore the sacred site and then venture into town for lunch and exploring.
5:00 pm Return to the Hotel
June 11, 2024
7:00am Departure for the Acropolis and the old city of Athens
Enjoy the archaeological museum and shopping in the old town. Lunch
under the Acropolis.
June 12, 2024
8:00am Yoga on the lawn. Relax and integrate the beauty of our five star resort! Choose to spend the day as you wish - the City is yours to explore!
Evening Greek dance lessons!
June 13, 2024
8:00 am departure for the ancient site of Epidaurus where we will partake in a healing activity then enjoy lunch at the nearby beach.
5:00pm Return to our resort
June 14, 2024
The day is yours! Relax, integrate, explore - the choice is yours!
Tonight we celebrate with an evening of delicious local cuisine, Greek dance and share circle!
June 15, 2024
Check out from the resort. Sarah will ensure you make it from the resort to the airport with ample time for your departure, seeing you off on our journey back home.
