Yoga is designed to bring you inner peace and outward happiness. Its study offers that through discipline
of the body through Asana, where one can release trauma (Samskaras) and thus change your karma and elevate your life!

Foundations

In the center of our hands, the lao gong point connects us to the pericardium, telling our hearts what we feel as we touch. Right under the ball mound in the center of the foot, the "bubbling spring" roots us deep into the earth giving us balance.

Breath 

"Through my breath, I extract God" (Kabir). The breath is what connects us with life itself. Filled with consciousness and highly flammable oxygen, it burns away what holds you back and brings forth what brings you more to the present moment.

Balance 

What happens to the motor system and neuron pathways during a balance pose? Here, healing takes place, and old patterns are overwritten, giving way to new ways of holding balance in life.

Flow

 Yoga happens in between postures. As we flow mindfully and heartfully from one posture to the other, we train our narrator to remain focused on what is essential in life.

Focus

"Drishti Point" is where we rest our eyes during each posture. This gaze allows us to gather energy and bring our full power into each moment and our full potential to life!

Realization

Bringing all the elements together, we experience what is called "Sheisa," an expansive quiet power within. A realization that we are one with the whole universe and our full power lies within softening.
