Considering a new movement form for the New Year? Tai Chi is a beautiful, gentle practice suitable for all ages and experience levels. In this free 1 hour Master Class, Young Master Nina Crist will share the benefits of connecting with the ancient and time tested practice of Tai Chi. With Nina's over two decades of deep practice in the martial arts, she will share how Tai Chi offers both healing and strengthening qualities.
Nina's first 6-week series of the year will be teaching the Yang-style 24 Move Form. In this Master Class, Nina will share how each of these 24 moves offer its own unique energy, each with a direct connection to a specific element in nature. Discover the deeper teachings that are revealed as you connect with this sequence of fluid yet strong postures, woven together with seamless breath and movement/flow. Learn and experience the healing properties AND the defensive expressions of this ancient martial art. Nina will offer time for questions.
