Inner Peace

Inner peace is not something we find by escaping life; it is something we learn to cultivate within ourselves, so we can meet life with greater clarity, balance, compassion, and presence. In this special free community workshop, four master teachers come together to share four distinct yet complementary pathways to inner peace, drawing from shamanic wisdom, embodied energy practices, Ayurveda and breathwork, and Reiki. Through short teachings and experiential practices, Ray Crist, Nina Crist, Christy Studant, and Stacey Gibbons will invite you to explore peace through the mind, body, breath, heart, and energy, giving you practical tools you can carry into everyday life. While each path is different, they point toward the same essential truth: when we find balance within ourselves, we begin to create peace in the world around us.

Ray Crist

Ray has created these trainings from his personal experience of traveling though central and south America learning from the shamans.

Nina Crist

With more than 20 years of experience in the healing martial arts, Nina shares ways to feel and move energy and how to embody the alchemy of this work.

Christy Studant

Co-Founder of Worldwide Reiki and Jaguar Path Reiki, will share with you the power of moving healing energy through your hands.

Stacey Gibbons

An Ayurvedic practitioner and charismatic teacher will share with you the Ayurvedic principals and life hacks.

Finding Inner Peace

In this inspiring 20-minute talk, Ray Crist explores what it truly means to find inner peace and awaken the inner shaman — not as something mystical or outside of ourselves, but as a natural human state of balance, awareness, and presence. The inner shaman is the part of us that can remain calm enough to discern, clear enough to recognize what truly matters, and compassionate enough to keep the heart open even when life becomes difficult. Ray explores how becoming a healer begins with healing ourselves — learning to understand our wounds, quiet the inner struggle, and rediscover the love that already exists within us.

At the heart of this teaching is Munay — the great inner love. When we cultivate this love within ourselves, our relationship with others and with the world begins to change. We become less reactive, more present, and more capable of meeting life from a place of wisdom and compassion.

When we find balance within, we begin to create peace around us. The outer world becomes a reflection of the inner world we choose to cultivate.

From Contraction to Coherence: An Embodied Energy Meditation

What if inner peace isn’t something you need to create—but something your body already knows how to return to when you release what it has been holding? In this 20-minute guided experience, Nina Crist, creator of the Embodied Alchemy Method, will lead you through a powerful practice of somatic awareness and energy cultivation designed to help you recognize where tension and contraction are being held within the body—and begin to soften the patterns that keep your energy bound there.

Through subtle energetic tracking, you’ll follow sensation toward the deeper source of contraction, without needing to analyze, relive, or intellectually understand it. Using slow, intentional breath, embodied awareness, and light as a visualization, Nina will guide you in creating the internal conditions for tension to soften, energy to move, and the body to return toward greater spaciousness, balance, and coherence. You’ll leave with a simple practice you can return to whenever you feel overwhelmed, contracted, depleted, or disconnected from your center.

Sometimes the way back to peace isn’t to do more. It’s to release what is keeping you from experiencing the peace already within you.

Balance Your True Nature with Breathwork

Come back to yourself through the healing wisdom of breath and Ayurveda. In this 20-minute guided experience, we’ll journey through the five elements—Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space, to calm the nervous system, reconnect with the body, restore a greater sense of inner balance, and return to the essence of your true nature.

A simple yet powerful practice to pause, breathe, listen, and reconnect with the wisdom that already lives within you.

Drawing from the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, we explore the understanding that each of us has a unique constitution and natural rhythm. When we move too far from our true nature, imbalance begins to appear in our energy, emotions, thoughts, and body. Through breath, awareness, and an understanding of the doshas, Ayurveda offers us a map for recognizing where we have moved out of balance. Rather than forcing ourselves to become something different, we learn to return to our own center. From this place, greater vitality, clarity, and emotional harmony can naturally emerge.

Finding Inner Balance Through Reiki

Stacey Gibbons, co-founder of Shamanic Reiki Worldwide and a mentor and teacher with the Jaguar Path, brings decades of experience in Reiki, shamanic healing, yoga, and embodied practice to this exploration of inner balance. She has practiced and taught Traditional and Shamanic Reiki since the 1990s and has helped develop Jaguar Path Reiki as an integration of Reiki, nature-based wisdom, and the practices of the Jaguar Path.

Through Reiki, we learn to slow down, become present, listen inwardly, and reconnect with the natural flow of energy within ourselves. Rather than constantly pushing against life, the practice invites us to soften, become receptive, and cultivate a grounded healing presence. As we find greater balance within ourselves, we become better able to meet others with clarity, compassion, and an open heart — allowing inner balance to become the foundation for outer peace.
