At The Jaguar Path 14-day intensive training, 

you will learn 12 shamanic tools and deepen your 

Yoga practice. This is a training which will accelerate

your spiritual growth and increase your personal power. 

You will learn how to clear chakras from previous trauma

and how to balance the energy body. You will learn how

to heal others through a shamanic healing session and

how to navigate your life in a whole new way! You will learn

how tow sequence a yoga class and lead a group

through a deep yoga class. Adding on the weeklong

intensive will offer you the Yoga Alliance Certification

Yoga and Shamanic Training

The Seven Foundations
March 7-12, 2020

In the first five days of your training, you will learn how to clear blocked chakras, how to use feathers to smoothen the aura and how to balance the energy body. You will receive a solid foundation on the ways of the Incas, their practices as well as healing techniques. This session sets the foundations for the whole training. You will learn about the Chakana (Incan Cross), the Power Animals. You will learn how to use Rattles, Feathers, Cord Cutting knives, and you will learn how to Open Sacred Space.

Power Animals & Shamanic Journeys
March 12-16, 2020

Diving deeper into the shamanic traditions you will learn how to use the archetypes of power animals as allies, advisors, and protectors. You will study the chakra totem and explore the power animals of the Incan trilogy, Serpent ( body), Jaguar (mind) and Condor (spirit) In this session you will learn to guide others through a shamanic journey of finding one's Power Animal. From this session on you will always walk with your Power Animal to your side. 

The Initiation- Becoming a Healer and Shaman 
March 17-21, 2020
In our final 5 day emersion we clarify all the tools that we have learned and take a close look at how a healing session unfolds minute to minute. After this session, you will be ready, confident and empowered to offer shamanic session and to work with people who are either facing a psychological or a physical issue. You will have the tools to navigate your life like a shaman. We will end with a celebration and the certification!

Ray has more than 20 years of experience in yoga. An apprentice of three shamans from lineages as old as the Inca civilization and the Amazon jungle shamans.Ray has a background in Martial Arts, Reiki and currently presents workshops and teaches at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort and the Jaguar Yoga Studio. Ray and Nina lead trainings and retreats through Peru, Costa Rica, Greece, and the Berkshires.

Nina Henrikson Crist

Young Master Nina Henrikson Crist is a black belt martial arts teacher. She is the founder of Iron & Silk. She has 20 years of experience in Taoist shamanism. She is a Kripalu certified instructor and teaches at Kripalu - Center for Yoga and health. Her deep knowledge in Shaolin Kung-Fu, Tai Chi and Chi Gung shine through her teachings! Her dedicated years of practice show up in her yoga as she shares the essence of movement, breathing and being! Nina offers workshops, trainings, and retreats throughout the world.
